It’s an excellent short video in which he explains the importance of nutritional remedies to help suppress the occurrence of gout. He first-off talks about the ‘triggers’ for gout such as alcohol, purine-rich food, rapid weight loss and refined sugars, etc. He then discusses supplementation such as Vitamin C and Quercetin.
